If you have a missed, stolen, or damaged bin; or a question about your garden organic service, please fill out the form below and submit it. We will aim to respond to you within 4 business hours.

Stolen bin replacements will require a police event number to be provided. Police event numbers can be obtained from the Police Assistance Line on 131 444.
