Cessnock, Maitland and Singleton Councils hold regular compost bag give-away events for residents so you can try the final product made by ANL from the material collected in your garden organics bin.

These products are used by home gardeners, landscapers and farmers to encourage strong plant growth, provide nutrients, retain soil moisture and supress weeds. The 6 months composting process, in line with the highest Australian Standards, ensures an end product of high quality, safe to use and a great way to complete the cycle from garden organics bin to garden bed!

Community and Not for Profit groups in the Cessnock, Maitland and Singleton local government areas are invited to apply for FREE compost / mulch / soil conditioner to support garden projects. Contact our Education Officer for more information or call 0432903731
